Southern Heights!
Aly and I are so excited to be joining your family here in the next couple weeks! I wanted to send out a formal expression of gratitude for all those who have reached out throughout this process and have prayed for our transition. It warms our hearts that we are welcomed into a loving church family and a congregation that is just as excited for us to be there as we are!
Before God brought us to SHCC, there seemed to be a lot of empty prayers lifted up to God because we couldn’t see His hand moving in our life taking us closer and closer to you all. We are both so blessed to have garnered this opportunity and we cannot wait to be there serving alongside Ryan, Miranda, Kyle and all of you as this has been an answer to so many prayers!
As of the writing of this letter, baby Payton has arrived and is thriving! Aly and I (and Deacon) are absolutely awestruck by her and we can’t wait for you all to meet her! On top of that, we have already begun packing and preparing for our move! If everything goes according to plan, it is our hope to be relocated to Lebanon on August 30th with our intention to be present at the Wednesday Night kickoff on August 31st.
Until we get there, I want to extend Aly and I’s gratitude for allowing us to hold our arrival until after Payton was born; and giving us some time to make this transition as smooth as we possibly can. We cannot thank you enough for this opportunity and we are so excited to get started! Since seeing you all in April, it has been a slow couple months waiting to get back to the love, joy and excitement that we felt from you all! We can’t wait to see you all again in September!
